Our work demands people who are intelligent, creative and incisive; able to make the right decision quickly. The result is a lively and fast-moving environment; the work is often hard but it is rarely dull. However, we appreciate that work is not everything, and our staff also contribute to the firm's strong social life, becoming extensively involved in both sporting and cultural activities. We currently have rugby, cricket, golf, squash, netball and softball teams; and for the past two years, we have organised an annual Sports Day for the whole firm and special evenings at the Royal Academy for both staff and clients.
