According to Land Registry statistics the Liverpool office of King
Sturge was responsible for 55% of all property sales in prime Liverpool
city centre during the first half of 2009, a remarkable achievement. In
what we all know to have been a particularly difficult period in the
residential marketplace, King Sturge has proven once again that it is
truly ahead of the game. |
Commenting on the statistics Martyn Green, Partner, said, “We knew we had been really busy, and from what the local surveyors and mortgage advisors were saying we appeared to have market share. It was only when we did a piece of work for a client that the true significance of what we had achieved became evident.” He continued, “As we started to compare the Land Registry data for completed sales against our own completion figures it became apparent that in the whole of L1,2 and 3 we had completed on over 55% of all transactions carried out by all developers and agents.”
